This is KfW’s RMMV Guidebook on how to manage, monitor and verify Financial Cooperation projects remotely. This RMMV Guidebook will assist KfW’s employees, project partners and suppliers in jointly implementing Financial Cooperation Projects even in situations with limited access to project sites, projects with many locations as well as projects covering extended areas.
This Guidebook serves as a comprehensive resource for practitioners involved in the preparation and implementation of Financial Cooperation (FC) projects. Developed by KfW, in collaboration with advisors and experts, it offers assistance and examples on effectively managing, monitoring, and verifying FC projects remotely. Drawing from KfW's extensive experience in FC projects, the Guidebook provides general overviews and practitioner guidelines on relevant aspects, risks, and issues typically encountered in such projects. It is important to note that the material and information provided are of a general nature and do not constitute legal, technical, or other advice.
